Under the direction of the Commercial Services Lead the post holder will use appropriate technologies and equipment to assist in the provision of an efficient, effective, comprehensive and timely administrative service to the department. To provide a comprehensive and timely administrative support service to the department. Hold overall administrative responsibility for one key area of the Sales Department (Requisition/invoice raising, diary keeping, ordering, record keeping, booking facilities, meeting minutes, event planning, data analysis). The post holder will also provide support to the Assistant Director of Sales, Head of Sales and The Commercial Services Lead. Working under the guidance and authority of the Commercial Services Lead.

Facilities Assistant (Domestic) – Grade B

As a Domestic Facilities Assistant your role is integral in keeping our hospitals clean and safe for our patients, visitors and staff, the NHS couldn’t function without you. You will be part of a dynamic and adaptable team whose main focus is to clean to the highest standards and frequencies possible to maintain a clean, pleasant and safe environment reducing the risk and spread of infection. You will carry out general and specialised cleaning in both clinical and non-clinical areas as guided by your team leaders and ensure safe working practices are adhered to in all aspects of hygiene management.

Estates Supervisor – Grade F

Reporting to the Engineer, the Estates Supervisor will be responsible for managing the direct labour and sub-contracted labour both skilled and semi-skilled, within their discipline of Mechanical, Electrical and Building trades operatives. They will be responsible jointly with the other Team Leaders and Estates Officers, for dealing with both reactive and planned maintenance works including ensuring all parts, materials and equipment are available to complete the task.

The successful candidate will be a key asset working with the Senior Procurement Officer within the Corporate Services and Health Lives Care Group; which covers an arrays of areas including ICT Orthotics, Wheelchairs and Community Services. The successful candidate will be is a key interface between Procurement and our client(s), managing the timely negotiation of a range of allocated contracts that offer ‘value for money’ utilising electronic tools, from the identification of demand through to the award and publication of contracts in line with the published annual plan ensuring compliance with Organisational standards and relevant legislation.

Senior Procurement Officer / Senior Buyer – Grade E/F

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious enthusiastic individual to work in the Procurement & Supplies Department within North Tees & Hartlepool Solutions and join a rapidly expanding and constantly developing function. To be responsible for managing the full end to end complex and high value procurement projects including drafting tender documentation, contract documentation and the raising of purchase orders. The successful candidate will be a key asset within the Corporate Services and Health Lives Care Group; which covers an arrays of areas including ICT Orthotics, Wheelchairs and Community Services.
