From commercial design and development, through to project management, build and fit, decontamination, energy and compliance advisory, associated health and fire safety advisory, and ongoing management and maintenance.

An excellent example of this is the Tees Valley Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) in Stockton-on-Tees, a landmark project that will deliver health and care services for generations to come.

It is really important to make a distinction between the work that is delivered through the Property Management and Design & Development functions, and that delivered through our Estates function.

Although these areas work incredibly closely and collaborate to deliver multiple projects, there are very clearly defined roles and responsibilities for each.
