Tracy Lynch
Director of HR & Corporate Services
As Director of HR and Corporate Services, Tracy’s role is crucial in supporting the effective operational delivery of services provided to the Trust by NTH Solutions, alongside those in the community and private sector that we support. As well as leading the development, management and implementation of the company’s people strategy, which is essential in helping us to achieve our strategic and corporate objectives, she also has oversight of our bespoke Wellbeing Service, the People Experience function which includes Communications and Engagement, Health and Safety, and Digital delivery.
An experienced senior NHS leader, Tracy joined NTH Solutions following a ten-year career as a Workforce Partner for North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust, where she supported various community services including Pathology, Estates and Facilities. Prior to this, she supported the community teams at County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (formerly the Primary Care Trust). She prides herself on her innovative approach to HR and development, and works strategically to ensure that a responsive, high quality HR service is provided to the business and our colleagues. This includes the provision of specialist advice on organisational change and complex or sensitive employee relations cases, as well as overseeing the effective implementation of employment legislation, ensuring compliance with this.
Tracy also plays a crucial role in the development of our company, liaising with project stakeholders, vendors and service providers to ensure the efficient delivery of services, as well as supporting external contracting with providers from a legal and resource perspective. She is passionate about people development and effective leadership, ensuring that colleagues are equipped with the skills necessary to perform well in their roles, and progress within our organisation to achieve their full potential.
Before joining the NHS, Tracy lived and worked in Thailand, having moved there just weeks after the Indian Ocean tsunami. There, she volunteered in the local community to support their recovery, before going on to pursue a teaching opportunity as Head of English in a secondary school in Phuket.
