Natalie Wintersgill
Assistant Director, Operations
Natalie Wintersgill is Assistant Director – Operations for NTH Solutions, and has always worked within this sector of our organisation.
She began her career at the University Hospital of Hartlepool, working as a Domestic Assistant before progressing to the role of a Domestic Supervisor, and then moving into an Administration Support function. When she transferred to University Hospital North Tees, she was Assistant Manager of Domestics, progressing to Senior Operations Manager and then moving into her current role of Assistant Director. Her portfolio now consists of Domestics, Porters, Transport and Logistics, Administration, Catering, Security, Linen, the Medical Equipment Library and Mattress Decontamination.
People and Operations are two of Natalie’s real passions – she is very focused on supporting our colleagues in the workplace and developing talent from within. She is an incredibly personable leader with an extensive knowledge across all of our hospital and community-based sites. She played a key role in the development of the flagship Tees Valley Community Diagnostic Centre in Stockton-on-Tees, inputting into the design phase as well as helping to get the site prepared for operational readiness.
Natalie has a First Class Honours degree in Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management. Outside of work, she volunteers on the committee of her local rugby club and holds the additional position of Fixtures Secretary.
