Mark is the Innovations Research Coordinator at NTH Solutions and the dedicated key account holder for many of our high-volume clients. He partners closely with CSSD and Estates teams to streamline operations, optimise workflows, and deliver consistently high standards of service across all three accounts.
Armed with a degree in Business and Marketing Management, Mark’s career spans retail, customer service, and construction. He leverages this diverse background to identify emerging opportunities, pilot process improvements, and foster collaborative relationships that drive measurable results.
