Kevin Rowley
Director, Finance
A member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Kevin is responsible for shaping our strategic direction and ensuring delivery of financial objectives in line with the work we deliver on behalf of North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust, as well as our private sector contracts.
With more than 30 years of experience working in NHS acute and mental health Trusts across Middlesbrough, Cumbria and Liverpool, he has significant knowledge across multiple areas of health and care delivery and support, including in clinical, corporate, estates and facilities. His excellent communication skills are critical in his role given the complexity of stakeholders he interacts with and manages.
Kevin leads on the provision of comprehensive financial advice to NTH Solutions to enable the achievement of financial balance and efficiency, supporting business planning, service developments, tender opportunities, new business evaluation, business performance management, financial modelling, corporate reporting and the production of our annual report and accounts.
Kevin uses complex financial and non-financial information to make recommendations for improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of NTH Solutions and its operating functions, ensuring that revenue generated can be re-invested back into frontline care delivery by the Trust.
