Having continued validation of a five-star site also means one less thing to worry about ahead of inspections, giving you peace of mind and confidence when the CQC or other regulators visit.

How we support you

Our service is delivered by authorised NHS decontamination auditors and designed to make compliance simple and achievable, so you can focus on delivering excellent care.

  • 1. Environmental Assessment
    We assess your site and develop a tailored cleaning specification. You’ll receive practical recommendations and a three-month window to implement any changes.
  • 2. Quarterly Audits
    We carry out four technical audits per year to monitor progress and maintain standards.
  • 3. Star Rating Certificate & Regulatory Reporting
    We issue star rating certificates for public display, giving patients, residents, and visitors visible reassurance of your commitment to cleanliness. Detailed audit reports are also provided which you can make available to regulators on request, offering additional assurance during inspections.

Your auditor will also act as your dedicated Account Manager, providing consistent support and a single point of contact to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your journey with us.

We do not operate on a one-off audit basis. To ensure meaningful, sustained improvement, all clients commit to a minimum 12-month programme, with most choosing a three-year partnership to demonstrate a serious, long-term commitment to cleanliness. To conduct your initial environmental assessment and produce your first cleaning specification we charge a one off fee of £495 + VAT.  This includes your first audit. Subsequent audits are dependent upon the size and make up of your site but typically range from £200 – £500.
