NTH Solutions celebrates performance in ERIC results after ranking in first quartile nationally
NTH Solutions, the estates and facilities provider for North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust, has celebrated its performance in the latest Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC) results after ranking in the top quartile of Trusts nationally.
The results, which form part of a mandatory annual assessment for NHS Trusts, outline the costs of providing and maintaining the NHS Estate including buildings, maintaining and equipping hospitals, the provision of services like laundry and food, and the costs and consumption of utilities.
In the latest results, North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust has continued to perform within the first quartile of all NHS Trusts nationally – even when measured against Ambulance and Community Trusts. For the purposes of ERIC, the Trust is classified as an ‘acute medium’ Trust and achieved the second best efficiencies within their peer group – demonstrating that NTH Solutions is providing a value for money Estates and Facilities service.
The achievements in Estates and Facilities Management at NTH Solutions are a direct result of the company’s commitment to provide an efficient and cost effective service, and a dedication to continually reviewing service models and identifying improvements.
Louise English, Capital Planning and Property Manager at NTH Solutions, said: “We are really pleased with NTH Solutions’ performance in the latest ERIC results as our Trust continues to rank in the top quartile nationally.
“As part of our service provision for the next 12 months, we will use the data obtained through the Estates Return and Information Collection to identify further efficiency opportunities and look forward to implementing new and innovative procedures to improve upon our services for our Trust and continue to offer a cost effective estates and facilities service.”
