Listening to our audience: Compliance Solutions

“Very informative… really helpful” Infection Control Nurse Debbie McKenna recently agreed to discuss her views on NTH Solutions’ compliance webinars…

Hi Debbie, thank you for agreeing to chat with us about your experience of our Compliance Service.

No problem.

So, how did you hear about NTH Solutions and the fully-managed service we were offering on complying with the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness?

I had attended a regional Infection Control Nurse meeting and we were alerted to your services. I took a look and then decided to cascade your details to our Primary Care providers to increase their knowledge and determine if the compliance service would be beneficial support for them.

And were you already aware of the Standards at that point?

Yes, in my role as an Infection Control Nurse I was aware of the Standards, and I knew they were a new mandatory requirement for primary care.

So am I right in thinking that you attended one of our webinars to find out more?

That’s correct.

And did you find the webinar helpful at all?

Yes, the webinar was very informative. It outlined the requirements to the teams, summarising the guidance for them and conveying it in a language they could understand. It really highlighted what was expected of providers in primary care.

Fantastic! And how were the team members from NTH Solutions?

Everyone I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, including the team presenting the webinar and Joanne who I spoke to afterwards on the phone. I know from colleagues in local GP practices that they have all reported the same.

That’s great to hear, I’m glad you found it useful. Would you recommend our service to others?

Absolutely. Given the pressure on primary care at present, especially with Covid, providers will appreciate any support that can be offered to support mandatory compliance. I think it’s also important generally to raise awareness whenever this sort of guidance is updated.

Thank you for your time Debbie, much appreciated.

No problem Dan. Thanks.
