Fabulous feedback on Compliance Webinar

It’s great to be connecting with so many primary care colleagues to share what we know about the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2021. My team and I are enjoying hosting our weekly webinars, which are open to anyone who wishes to learn more. It makes it all the more rewarding to know how well the webinar is being received. By this point we’ve spoken to thousands of primary care settings, and here is just a sample of what some of them have to say about our webinar:

These standards have caused a lot of stress amongst my colleagues but Daniel made all the group feel that these were now within their reach.

Diane Allender, IPC Specialist Nurse, Barnsley NHS Foundation Trust

The webinar was very informative. It outlined the requirements to the teams, summarising the guidance for them and conveying it in a language they could understand. It really highlighted what was expected of providers in primary care.

Debbie McKenna, North Cumbria CCG.

“The webinar was very professional, clear and concise. There appears to have been very little exposure regarding the new National Standards and the webinar certainly raises awareness on what operational demands the standards will bring. Overall a very informative session, thank you.

Sharon Oyston, Community Infection Prevention and Control Team Lead, Harrogate District Foundation Trust

The webinar was really useful and the fact it was only 30 minutes was ideal. It really simplified what the standard encompasses and gave a great overview of what work is involved in making sure we comply by April 2022. Thank you for sharing this information with me.

Claire Reames, Deputy Practice Manager, Norton Medical Centre
