We are delighted to announce Brian Dinsdale as the new Chairman of NTH Solutions commencing on 1 January 2020. This appointment is part of future plans for the company as it grows from strength to strength. Brian will take over the post from Steve Hall who has fulfilled the role since March 2018.
Steve has been instrumental in the development of NTH Solutions, its board and senior management team. During his tenure, he has worked to progress a seamless transition of services and projects. In addition, Steve has driven commercial strategy and developed robust business plans that will offer business continuity and opportunities for both staff and the company, whilst remaining firmly focused on enhancing patient care and experience.
Steve said of his time with us, “With the help and contribution of every single member of staff, we have delivered a fantastic business that is well placed to take advantage of the many exciting and fruitful opportunities now and in the future.”
Steve will continue to take a keen interest in the business, and has been appointed as Vice Chair of the North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust Board, the parent organisation of NTH Solutions.
Newly appointed Chairman, Brian brings with him a wealth of experience, having been Chief Executive for a number of local authorities throughout the UK, and more recently as a board member of local charitable organisations, utilising his audit and finance expertise to steer these organisations successfully into the future.
Brian said of his appointment, “I am excited to join NTH Solutions as Chair and build upon the progress that Steve has successfully achieved during his tenure. I have kept a keen interest on the company’s development through my role on the Trust’s Board, and I am looking forward to learning all about the company and its staff.”
